Since there have been so many confused or mislead emails lately, we have added this little page to let you know who to contact for what. If your query isn't listed here, use your best judgement and just contact either one of us. Please only send one complete message and your full question. An email such as "HELP!!! I have a question!!" is quite annoying since it doesn't state the actual problem.Below is a quick table of the contact choices you have to either of us. Email is preffered since there is no charactor limit and other restrictions. Please remove the NOSPAM from the email address before sending anything.

Sorry, we are not accepting graphic requests. Please do not email us begging or spamming our inbox. We will announce on the front page if we are taking
requests. Neither of us will "persuade" the other to make graphic requests for you.

you can email the staff if its for one specific staff member.

You can email these or post on the forums under "Complaints". Bear in mind that we all have feelings and we ask that you're constructive and don't swear
etc. No one's perfect but we do our best on this site.

Obviously there are minor errors and mistakes on this site - we're human after all. If you spot one, you can contact the writer of the page (if it doesn't
say, just contact either) and we will try to correct it.

We would prefer if you post your question in the forums. We do not give private lessons to anyone (ie. we won't teach you how to make a userlookup, shoplayout etc). However, if there's one code or
part you're stuck on, you can certainly contact either of us. Again, your question will be answered in more detail if you post on the forums.

If you are attempting to use a website layout code on a petpage, obviously this may not work - the code was designed for a website layout and not a petpage. That's not the problem? Contact either
of us - though you're better off with Jen in this case.

Please post on our forums. Do not post in the shoutbox about it. If you don't want to post on the forums, the email Paintshop Pro and Paint questions to Kathrin, Webmasters questions to Jen. If you see an 'afterword' at the bottom of the page, then it's best to contact Kathrin.
