I can't copy and paste any of your codes! Why is that?
The reason you can't right click on our site is because we have disabled it. Why? To make it harder for thieves to take our work. To copy, just highlight the code, then press ctrl, hold it down and press c.
I want to be part of the staff!
Then send an application. No application form up? Well, then that must mean we are currently not accepting staff.
Someone is stealing your graphics/codes/tutorials!
Oh goodness. Please, do NOT go out swearing at them. It would be best if you didn't contact them at all and just contacted Jen/Kathrin about it. Or, of course, you can post it in the forums "report theft". Please let us take care of it.

As soon as a staff member sees this, it will be taken down and that IP address will be blocked. We do our best to keep this website as clean as possible, but there's always some weirdos out there who will try to ruin the day. We pity those people too.

Please contact us about this problem, or, as always, post it in the comments. We will fix it as soon as possible.
Oh no! I can't seem to email you!
Did you remove the NOSPAM from the email address? We get so many spam messages and don't want to waste time cleaning out the unwanted messages so that's a way to keep the automated email searchers away from our email addresses.
Can you teach me HTML?
No. We all had to learn for ourselves, and you can too. We will, of course, provide tutorials here and there, but we are not going to give you private lessons. Try to google your question and just experiment. We all started from the beginning.
Why haven't you responded to my email?
Chances are, if we haven't responded within a week then we can't reach you through your email. Please make sure that you allow emails from yahoo and hotmail because we do get blocked from sending emails to certain email hosts from time to time. The best insurance policy is to also send us your neopets username along with your email so we have an alternative way of contacting you.
Will you join my topsites?
We have quite a strict policy on topsites so the answer is most likely a no. At one time, the maximum topsites joined (displayed on the right sidebar) should be 4. This is get a more accurate tally of our hits and also because it gets rather annoying when people have to click so many buttons. We delete a topsite button if that topsite is no longer functioning or has been overflowed with spam sites (eg. Sohbet, Mahabet and other chat sites that register just to spam topsites).
What's the difference between a site being blacklisted and a site on your Wall of Shame?
Blacklisted sites are sites that have partially corrected their "errors" but have caused us great pain in doing so. This includes swearing at the staff member who have contacted them, posting rude messages on their/our site and taking more time than given to credit us or remove stolen content. Blacklisted sites tend to still be active with their theft and therefore evidence against them is still active.
Do you give the people you put on the WoS a chance to correct themselves?
Yes we do. We send every thief a warning before their site URL or name is even mentioned on Neo-Reality. If they correct themselves, no one will ever know. If
they do not, things begin to kick in the first of which would be a post on Neo-Reality concerning the thief. If it persists, we may activate SunshineNeo's anti theft
movement, report the site to its host and add it to the WoS. Everyone is given at least one chance to correct themselves.
Will you (Jen/Kathrin) become my NeoFriend?
If we know you through the forums or have chatted with you, possibly. Please do not ask to be our neofriend out of the blue as well will not accept.

How can I help out Neo-Reality?
Pretty simple: Add our button on your userlookup, your shop, your site, your blog etc.Whatever :). It really helps when you spread the word about Neo-Reality :) Also, joining the forums and actively helping other members out on there can make a big difference. Remember, you do not have to be part of the staff inorder to support us!
Were did the Graphics Requests page go?
I took them down. We don't have time to do them at the moment. They will be back up in the future when (and if) we have more time.
Can I change parts of your website layout to suit my site but still give you credit?
Yeah sure. However, please make sure that the credit is a full link back to Neo-Reality on every page the layout is used on, or if it's an iframes layout, somewhere visible on the index page.
Can I use your [insert graphics name]'s coding as a template on my site?
No. Neo-Reality's coding will stay the property of Neo-Reality. We don't want a million sites out there to have the exact same coding as us. Even if you give credit, we will take it as theft since you are redistributing coding without our permission. This applies to templates as well unless stated otherwise on that page.
Why don't you have Hiatus signs?
Jen & I both agree that hiatuses are absolutely stupid (sorry if you're offended, we don't mean to insult) and we don't want to make graphics for something we don't support. Hopefully there's enough other graphics around for you.
How come you don't make smaller graphics?
Small graphics like dolls and blinkies are plentiful in Neopets fansites, so we don't feel the need to contribute to the accumulating mass. We try to make all our smaller graphics unique, but there is a limit on how much we're capable of making with the Neo-Reality touch. This is why we hardly make smaller graphics. On top of that, other smaller graphics like scribbles or outlines are completely pointless as any person with paint can make one themselves.
Can I use your Makers' layout with credit?
No, no and triple no! Those layouts were coded by Jen for Neo-Reality only and that's the way it has to stay. If anyone is caught using our makers' layouts, even with credit, actions will automatically be taken against them.
You have some wrong information/broken link in one of your tutorials!

We are always adding more things. Please remember that we do have lives so sometimes we will be less active than at other times. This is a hobby that we have, not our job. However, please feel free to post in the comments about what you'd like to see more of and we'll try to add that.
