Random Giveaway

Just to make our news updates fun and exciting for our wonderful visitors, we introduced the Random Giveaway. As the name suggests, it is random, and we give away neopets items. Below are some answers for frequently answered questions.

What time is it usually on?
There's no set time, the Random Giveaway is on whenever Jen posts an update, and she tries to make it as random as possible so everyone has a chance.

Where is the items coming from?
From Jen's neopets account. You can thank Vi Vi for the neopoints coming from the faerie crossword answers every day ^^

What value are the items?
Usually around 1000nps. Prizes are upgraded if the question turns out to be too hard.

Is there a set time for the giveaway?
Three days maximum. If it goes on for more than three days, the answer will be posted and the prize will be retracted. This is only because we need to update and we can't leave one post out for too long so it can accumulate hundreds of comments.

Is it safe to post my neopets username?
If you don't think it's safe, don't post an answer.

How come I didn't receive my prize?
Did you accept the item tranfer from Jen when you went to check your neopets account? You need to choose accept on your Item log before two weeks otherwise it gets sent back to Jen by the Neopets team.

What if I post an answer that's already been said?
Your post will be ignored. It's the first person to guess it right that wins the prize. After the answer is posted, your comment will be deleted.

Do I get to post more than one answer?
No. That would be unfair.

Can I win more than once?
Absolutely. First in first served.

When is my answer checked?
When Jen goes online.

What kind of questions is it usually about?
Neo-Reality in general. Sometimes stuff about the staff, and sometimes about things that are totally random and you'll have to have a stab in the dark.

Isn't this against Neopets rules?
No. I'm not sking for any neopoints, personal details or password from you so it's not against Neopet's Terms. If anything, I'm the one who's giving away my neopoints.

If you have any more questions, feel free to contact Jen. It's a pretty simple system so it shouldn't be too difficult to master.

Good luck and have fun!
