Just about the most important thing about Neo-Reality, like any other site, is we want to give you the best possible support, help and graphics. In order to do that, we depend on your opinion. So it would be awesome of you to drop me an email at Kathrin433-at-yahoo.com (replace -at- with @).

Below is a list of questions that you can try to answer in your feedback to give you some things to focus on. Of course, the more you write the better, and constructive critisim is what we are hoping for. Remember, all of your suggestions will be considered and hopefully we will be able to improve Neo-Reality thanks to you :)

• How often do you visit Neo-Reality? What is your main reason for dropping by?
• What is your general impression of the site?
• Have you ever interacted with any of the staff members? Was she able to help you?
• What should be improved and what is good in your eyes?
• Have you ever used any graphics from Neo-Reality? If so, what?
• Have you ever used any of the Makers?
• Have you ever used a tutorial? Which tutorial? (or what general area, eg. Paintshop Pro)
• Does anything really bother you? What and why?
• Which area of the site should we invest more time into? Why?
• Anything else you'd like to add?
