Terms & Conditions
There are some rules to follow when you're using stuff from this site. Please read everything carefully, because if you break any of these rules, you will be put on to the Wall of Shame.
Site Content
- You may not copy any part of our content. This ranges from Tutorials to Guides to site information.
- Copying our content and giving credit is still not allowed because that is redistribution of our copyrighted work.
- If you have produced something from our guides or tutorials, it is not necessary to link back, although it would be nice. This does not include Website Templates - you must give us credit for those.
- Neo-Reality's layout will remain OUR layout. If you copy our coding, you will be punished. We reserve the right to the coding of our layout and we will implement our copyrights if you choose to ignore our rules.
Graphics
- Graphics that have credits on them do not require further crediting.
- Graphics that don't have visible credits on them must have a link back to Neo-Reality at all times.
- Editing premade graphics even with credit is prohibited. This is considered copying.
- Website layouts may be edited according to your tastes but a full link back to Neo-Reality must be visible on every page that you use the layout on. Credit on only the index page and credits page is also acceptable. If your site is made up of frames, then the credit only needs to be on the index page (and also every other page that the frames do not apply to).
- Using any of our makers requires a link back with the credits provided.
- Anything else that does not have a premade link back needs to be credited with a button from the Link Us page.
- Redistribution of our graphics is prohibited.
Staff
- Impersonation of the staff is prohibited.
- You may not spam any member of the staff's email, neomail or instant messages.
- Being rude or behaving inappropriately to the staff will get you blocked.
- Staff members caught stealing or breaking our rules will be deleted.
Comments
- Comments and suggestions must be constructive.
- No rude or inappropriate language. This includes swearing or discrimination against cultures.
- Please use grammatically correct sentences. This includes no Ch4t 5p34k or StIcKy cApS. Please use punctuation and end all sentences properly.
- There must be no spamming whatsoever. If you have accidently sent a comment twice, do not post a third one saying 'oops' - dont worry, we will deal with it.
