Web Layout Fixer

If you're using one of Neo-Reality's layout, be it changed or not, and you've added something but it doesn't look right, or you don't know how to add the things you want, don't worry, I'm here to help! This is a free service, and only applies for website layouts from Neo-Reality. Help requested for another site's layout will be rejected. Please note, this is to fix coding only, I will not be able to help you with graphics or color themes. However, if I have spare time, I will probably fix other aspects of your site for you (unless you have specifically asked otherwise).

Please choose one of the following packages. Read them over thoroughly before sending in your application for help.

Package 1

This is for those of you who are tight on security and do not wish for me to access your account. In this package, you can attach the coding as a txt or HTML file, or try sending it in the email itself. However, this may lead to your email being deleted as spam before reaching my inbox, or I am not permitted to download your coding. This package is not recommended, but if you wish to try, be my guest.

Please send the following application to polarjennifer[at]yahoo.com (replace [at] with @), filling it in with as much detail as possible:

Name: Don't need a full name
Site Name: Just the name, no pretty decorations please
Site Address: URL
Attached file extension: eg. txt or html
Attached file page: is it the index page or graphics directory etc.
What needs to be fixed in the coding: Please be as specific as possible. Use proper spelling, grammar and punctuation. I will reject applications that make no sense.
Anything else? This can include other questions about the coding.

Please note that I can only edit html or txt extensions. I won't be able to open or edit any otehr file extensions so if you send me something that I can't open, I will send it back with no changes made.

Package 2

This is for those who trust me to access their accounts. You can send me your username and a temporary password that you can change later. If your layout is all tables, and you have a million files, I will only be able to change a few for you as an example. You will need to do the rest yourself.

Name: Don't need a full name

Site Host Address: eg. freewebs.com
Username: please make sure you send something that's case sensitive
Temporary password: please change it after I'm done

This is not a request form for custom made layouts. If you wish for me to modify one of my layouts for you so that it's unique from the premade ones, you will need to be aware of the time constraints in my life. I will not accept requests for major site transformations, and will certainly not help you start up your site.

Please do not send in multiple applications for different pages on your site. Either send it all in one application (if it's a reasonable request) or use your newly fixed coding as a base for your other pages.

It's important to remember that you are still using one of Neo-Reality's copyrighted layouts, be it fixed or changed. You will still need to keep a credit to Neo-Reality on every page that you are using this layout, or just the index page if you are using iframes. I will be adding or changing this for you automatically so just keep it where I put it. Thank you.

If you do not receive a response from me within a week, your email probably has not reached me (most likely you chose package one). In that case, send it again in a different way, eg. attach with a different extension, or just send the HTML in the email. I will reply to your email even if I haven't finished just to let you know I have received it.
