Angelic Images

This effect basically gives your images a bit of a glow

1. Duplicate your base image
2. Do a Gaussian Blur on your duplicated layer, I used a 10.0 radius. The more your radius the more your image glows
3. Set your mode to "Lighten"

I love this effect, I think it does wonders for a dull image.
